About the event

We invite you to join The Bridge Men's Society for our upcoming Monthly Bridge Experience on **Wednesday, June 27th, at 6pm EST**. This month, we are honored to have Sensei Tony Stultz as our distinguished presenter.

Anthony Stultz, affectionately known as ‘Sensei Tony,’ is a leading authority on mindfulness practice. As the founder and Director of The Dragonfly Sangha and The Blue Lotus School of Mindfulness, he has been a pioneer in contemporary spirituality since the late 1990s. His insights into mindful living have been featured in renowned journals and books such as Mindful Magazine, Lion’s Roar, Buddhadharma, and Engaged Buddhism in the West. Sensei Tony is also the acclaimed author of *Free Your Mind: The Four Directions of an Awakened Life* and *The Three Principles of Oneness: How Embodying The Cosmic Perspective Can Liberate Your Life*.

A multifaceted individual, Sensei Tony is not only a devoted husband and father but also a martial arts instructor, cinephile, motorcycle enthusiast, and artist. His diverse interests include being a feline fanatic, cigar lover, Pepsi connoisseur, horror novelist, songwriter, filmmaker, and the lead singer for the metal band, Apollos. His film, “Who Am I,” has won awards and further showcases his creative talents.

Sensei Tony's journey into spirituality began at the age of seven in a small Methodist church in New York, where he first felt called to help others awaken. By ten, he was introduced to the teachings of Mindfulness, setting him on a path of lifelong spiritual development. He studied with notable spiritual teachers like Bernie Glassman and Alfred Bloom and earned his theological degrees from Harvard, Oxford, and the Episcopal Divinity School. For his contributions to pastoral counseling, he was awarded a doctorate in education by the Graduate Theological Foundation.

Prepare for an evening of profound self-discovery and spiritual exploration as Sensei Tony guides us through the principles of mindfulness and conscious living. His teachings will offer transformative insights and practical tools to help you awaken to a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships.
